Beauty Bar Bloom Program

Our Bloom Program is a structured, hands-on learning experience designed for newly licensed cosmetologists and beauty students eager to refine your skills in a real world salon environment. Think of it as your graduate program. You gained the knowledge and basic training in cosmetology school, now we'll build on that foundation with in-depth training in haircutting, advanced color and lightening techniques, and client interactions.

At Beauty Bar, we don't just train stylists to work in a salon, we prepare you to thrive in today's industry with confidence, creativity, and professionalism. Through guided mentorship, you will be paired with one of our five licensed cosmetologist educators for a one-on-one teaching approach. You will have real client interactions performing services with the added comfort knowing your educator is there for any questions or guidance you may need. We have carefully designed the curriculum for you to gain experience in everything from technical artistry to guest care.

What you'll learn in the Bloom Program

The Beauty Bar Bloom Program is a 6-9 month journey that blends structured education with real-world experience. Each stylist receives a balance of formal lessons, mentorship, and hands-on practice; ensuring you "graduate" fully prepared for the next stage of your career. Throughout the program, you'll practice on both mannequins and real guests, giving you a chance to experiment, refine your technique, and gain real confidence before stepping behind the chair on your own.
