A few simple guidelines to ensure your experience is smooth from start to finish.
Appointments + Booking
A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. This allows us to hold your scheduled time and ensure availability for all guests.
Cancellations + Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Reaccuring abuse of this policy will require a prepayment of the service to ensure you come to your appointment,
Late Arrivals
In you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time,

Adjustments + Redos
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. Our goal is for every guest to leave feeling confident and loving their service.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we kindly ask that you notify us within 7 days of your appointment. We are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment (redo) to correct the original service.
To ensure the best results, all redo services must be:

Scheduled within 10 days of the original appointment

Performed by the original service provider

Intended to adjust the original service—not create a new look or significantly different result

Redos are not guaranteed if concerns are reported after the 7-day window

We do not offer refunds on services that have been completed

Changes in preference (wanting a different color, length, or style than originally discussed) are not considered a redo and will be booked as a new service

Children + Guests
To maintain a relaxing environment, we ask that only guests receiving services attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.

For the safety of children and additional guests, please note that our salon/spa environment includes sharp tools, hot stylist equipment, and professional-grade chemicals that require our full attention and care.

Beauty Bar is not responsible for the supervision of children or additional guests while in the salon.
Pets
We love our furry friends and are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs into the salon.

Service animals are always welcome.
​
For all other dogs, we kindly ask that you call ahead prior to your appointment. To maintain a calm and safe environment, we allow only one dog in the salon at a time.

Our space includes hot tools, sharp equipment, and chamicals. We want to ensure the safety of all guests - both human and pet. Dogs must be well-behaved and under control at all times. If a pet becomes disruptive or unsafe, we may ask that they be removed from the salon.

Beauty Bar is not responsible for the supervision or safety of pets while in the salon.
Hair Extensions
All extension services require a consultation prior to booking. Extension hair is a custom order and must be paid for in advance. This payment is non-refundable. Due to the custom nature of extension services, all extension appointments are final sale.

All services begin with a consultation to ensure we are aligned on your goals, expectations, and maintenance.
Results may vary depending on hair history, condition, and previous chemical services.
Payment Methods
We accept cash and all major credit cards.
Please note that a 3% processing fee will be applied to all card transactions. To avoid this fee, cash payments are always welcome.
Alcohol
We are pleased to offer complimentary wine to enhance your experience.

Alcohol is offered as a courtesy only and is not for sale.
​
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol and may be asked to provide valid identification.
​
We refuse the right to refuse or discontinue alcohol services at any time to ensure safety and comfort of all guests.
​
For the safety of our clients, alcohol consumption is limited and intended to complement your service - not to disrupt.
​
Beauty Bar is not responsible for any adverse effects related to alcohol consumption. Guests are responsible for arranging safe transportation if needed. Alcohol will not be served to any guest who appears visibly intoxicated.
New Talent/Student Services
We are proud to be a teaching salon that is dedicated to growing the next generation of talented beauty professionals. As part of this commitment, you may have the opportunity to receive services from a student or newly licensed cosmetologist who is continuing to refine their skills.
To thank you for supporting our new talent, these services are offered at discounted pricing.
